How to Download and Install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client

Go to https://vpn.arizona.edu

Select Group: UASSL-2Factor

Macos

Login with NetID+

Click the 'AnyConnect' link in the left pane of your browser window.

Click the 'Start AnyConnect' link in the center pane of your browser window.

This will attempt to install the VPN client on your desktop/laptop.

If the install fails (it will on a Mac):

Click the 'AnyConnect VPN' link

This will download a file to your desktop/laptop.

(anyconnect-macos.exe for windows, anyconnect-macos.dmg for mac)

Double-click on that file.

Install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client.

How to Use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client

Double-click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

Enter vpn.arizona.edu in the empty field in the pop-up.

Arizona

Click Connect.

Select Group: UASSL-2Factor

Enter your UA NetID in the Username field.

Enter your UA NetID password in the Password field.
